Can we customise our package?
Absolutely! My online packages have been created in a general format, but it's not always right for everyone. Feel free to use the contact form to start discussing your needs.
What are the photoshoot location options?
Currently all packages and prices do not include a location. Freely available locations include public spaces like parks, beaches, and of course, the privacy of your own home or a friends place!
This is your shoot and your vision, so you are welcome to choose your own location. If you would like some options, I can recommend some places, or we can brainstorm together!
You are also welcome to book your own Hotel/Airbnb/Studio at your own cost (please check I'm available before officially booking a location!)
Occasionally I book a location and release special packages with the location included - these will be advertised when available.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Absolutely! I have photographed weddings Australia wide, with just Tasmania and ACT left on the list to be able to say I've shot a wedding in each state and territory.
My passport is valid and ready to go, I'll happily follow you to any corner of the world!
You're welcome to enquire about any location, and we can figure out how to make it happen.
Are travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel is included up to 40km outside of Bendigo CBD. Beyond that, some travel fees may apply. Please use my contact form to find out more!
How do we book you?
First step is to send me an enquiry through my contact form!
Please include as much information as possible, including the kind of service you are wanting, a date (either set in stone or approximate). Don't forget to mention which year, if it's a wedding!
A location (you can be broad, e.g Bendigo Region, Melbourne Region, Interstate, Overseas etc, or you can be exact if you already know it!)
Once I receive your enquiry, I will respond as quickly as I can to let you know if I am available for your proposed date, or to offer you available dates.
If you have enquired through Facebook or Instagram and have found yourself here, I HIGHLY recommend still submitting a contact form to ensure I receive an email copy. Social media enquiries can land in the dreaded 'Others' folder (with no notification sent to me).
How far in advance should we book you?
For weddings, earlier the better! I'm currently happy to book weddings up to 18 months in advance. Beyond that, please check!
For other kinds of photoshoots (family, portrait, boudoir, etc) ideally 2-8 weeks in advance is fabulous!
What's your availability for photoshoots?
Currently I am available to be booked any weekday or weekend, minus the photoshoots that have already been booked!

How do we plan, and what do I wear for our photoshoot?
First step is to send me a message with your details, including what kind of services you're looking for, possible dates and any other helpful information!
Once I have replied to your enquiry, you are welcome (and encouraged!) to send through inspiration images, Pinterest Boards and the like to help me further understand your vision! If it's easier to send ideas via Facebook or Instagram, please include in an email where you have sent your ideas and inspiration to - I don't always get notifications, so let me know where to look!
Can my pets be part of my shoot?
Yes please!!
If the shoot is taking place in a public location, all council guidelines must be followed if pets require to be on lead.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
For personal use, yes! All weddings, family and portrait sessions are yours to use as you wish.
For commercial use, which includes using the images to market a business or service, to be used for online or printed ads, please ensure you have booked a commercial session with me to cover those intentions.
Will you publish and use my images on your website and social media accounts?
Your privacy is of upmost importance to me, and I will only ever share images if you have given me permission to do so.
If you change your mind, that's okay! Just get in contact with me as soon as possible, so I can make amendments!
What are your payment terms?
To secure your booking, a 25% payment is required, with the balance for general portrait sessions being required generally 2 weeks before the date. (Some exceptions may apply and will be noted in your invoice). Weddings require payment in full 4 weeks before the date.
If discussed and agreed upon beforehand, the balance can be paid afterwards - please note: preview images and/or complete galleries will only be delivered once the full balance has been received.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, with banking details provided on your invoice.
I see you're a florist too! Can you do my wedding flowers as well?
Currently I only have the capacity to photograph weddings. Although it's true I LOVE to do weddings flowers, it's unfortunately not something I can offer at this time.
I am however, able to help supply florals for smaller photoshoots, such as portrait, maternity or boudoir photoshoots, where we might have a few beautiful stems featured in the photos. Please chat to me about your vision for this so we can see if it can be made a reality! Additional fees may apply to go towards a flower budget.
What happens if we need to reschedule or someone is sick?
Postponing a photoshoot is easily done by getting in contact with me and discussing a new photoshoot date to move to.
Illness, bad weather and unexpected situations can arise and I will always endeavour to work with you to shoot on a day that works for all parties.
If someone is unwell, I encourage you to let me know as soon as possible so that we can formulate a plan B if required! I would rather you and all parties be feeling their best - than to exacerbate the illness or pass it onto to anyone else.
We need to cancel, can I get a refund?
Each booking is unique! You will be provided with a Terms & Conditions document during the booking process. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis, with applicable considerations made for:
- Work already executed for your photoshoot (administration),
- Non-refundable location/venue costs
- Props purchased
- Equipment hire
- Pre-paid travel/transport
- Ability to re-book your date.
If you would like to amend your budget and/or change your chosen services, please get in contact. Depending on how far away your shoot is (weddings especially), there may be restrictions applicable.
Do you offer prints or albums of our photos?
I currently do not offer physical prints or albums, however the website that hosts my galleries does have printing opportunities.
Please be aware that these services are entirely independent from me, and I have no connection to any orders you may place.
Can my gallery be password protected?
Yes, if you choose!
All galleries have the option of being hidden, having a password, and to even have a pin number and/or email address required to download images.
If you have any special requests on the handling of your images, you are welcome to chat with me any time to discuss your preferences.
What's the policy on photo editing?
I deliver back fully edited images, which includes cropping, exposure and colour corrections, black and white images, and very little skin editing where required (never fear if a pesky pimple appears the night before our shoot! I'll happily handle that as part of the service!)
If you require something a specific edit request, please ensure you chat to me beforehand. Large/complex edits required to be done for all or most of the images may incur extra fees.
(Examples of more complex edits includes; tattoo removal, hair regrowth editing, lightening transition lenses etc)
